HIGHLIGHTS:
- There were 13,936 total home sales in the MSA in 2020 compared to 11,351 in 2019. This translates into a 22.8% increase.
- From 2019 to 2020 the average sales price increased by 13.8%. In 2020 the average sales price was $364,989 compared to $320,831 in 2019.
- In 2020 on average a listing stayed on the market for 66.5 days before closing. The average price per square foot was $186.47.
