For another year in a row, Nest Realty Wilmington has won 5 Awards and Nest Broker, , was awarded the Community Involvement Award.
On February 22, 2018, Nest Realty Wilmington agents excitingly joined other local real estate professionals at the 2018 MAX! Awards. The annual , presented by , are all about marketing achievement excellence and recognizes the best in marketing, media, and advertising within the residential home building industry. Winners were chosen by a panel of professionals across North Carolina who specialize in sale industries and home construction.

Nest agent, , won the 2nd award for the Best Advertising Campaign. Her #LiveWhereYouLove campaign was promoted throughout the year in Wilmington Magazine. The goal was to make it fun, eye catching, and attract buyers and sellers with a recognizable brand that stands out from the rest.
One of the awards we are most excited about is the Best Video award! The goal for our “MOVE BOLDY” video is to give viewers a real feel for our company, culture, and our creative team. We know that embarking on a partnership with any brokerage to help market your project or property isn’t something to be taken lightly. At Nest, our goal is to be more than your partner. We want to be your ally, collaborator, sounding board, and creative team. Our high touch marketing, design focus, support, technology, etc could be a game changer for someone who is thinking of starting a brokerage or currently runs a brokerage. We took the Social Media award home for the 3rd time! We wanted our audience to have a fun, interactive experience exploring Wilmington. So we thought outside the box from other local real estate companies and created a stunning Facebook Canvas ad. It is a fast loading (10x faster than standard mobile web), interactive experience that gives us more creative space to showoff our brand while showing-off our city. Our audience is able to explore areas and neighborhoods that ultimately drives them to our Nest website. Within our canvas ad campaign, people enjoy moving through our digital stories easily. They can swipe through a carousel of Wilmington area pictures, tilt to view panoramic images of our beaches and zoom in to view images in detail, making the Nest canvas experience immersive and engaging in a way that mobile sites aren’t.
The 5th Award for Best Newsletter was all about our Annual Market Report and Mid-Year Market Report. We want our clients to make confident, well-informed decisions when buying and selling, so we launched these reports to simplify all the vast amounts of data. .
