Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, selling in big city markets in Houston and New York City before making Wilmington her home in 2009. Selling real estate is her full-time career and enjoying the beach, boating, and basically anything outdoors in the sunshine with her husband and daughter is her life. Jennifer is the Lead Broker of the FreshNest Team, consisting of seasoned and experienced buyers agents Mary and Kevin, who help clients find that perfect property. Jennifer comes from a background in customer service and highly competitive sales. With a degree in information technology, she uses cutting-edge marketing and technology, delivers top notch customer service, and is a tough negotiator for her clients.
